Miranda earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Allied Health Science from Florida A&M University in fall 2006. Graduating third in her high school class, Miranda was a recipient of Florida’s Bright Future’s Scholarship as well as the George W. Gore Assistantship Scholarship. She was recognized or being on the National Honor Roll, as well as a member of the National Honor Society and an active member of Phi Beta Lambda.
Upon graduating from Florida A&M University, Ms. Jackson taught 10th grade biology at East Gadsden High School while studying for the LSAT. She later entered Florida A&M University College of Law in fall 2008 where she was an active member of the American Association for Justice, Black Law Student Association, Women’s Law Caucus, and Student Bar Association.
During her professional career, Ms. Jackson worked for the Florida Legislature as well as practiced in the areas of divorce and family law, contracts, civil litigation, and foreclosure law.
